Andy Schwam, Senior Software Consultant, has been creating software applications since 1999.  Having worked with a variety of technologies and languages, since 2002 his focus has been on delivering solutions implementing the Microsoft technology platform.  He has experience supporting clients in a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, State Government, Telecommunication, Entertainment, and Marketing.  And he has worked for clients of all sizes including Internet startups, small to medium sized businesses, and Global corporations.  Andy is also an experienced speaker and trainer.  He has spoken at a number of user groups and events, presenting a variety of topics.  Andy is dedicated to the local .Net Developer's community.  For more information, see below.

Prior to 1999, Andy worked in the Motion Picture industry where he had 11 years to build his business skills including communication, client services, sales, marketing, business management, leadership and more.

Board Member:  Andy is a board member of the Philly.Net User Group.  Philly.Net is a user group for Microsoft .Net programmers in the Philadelphia area.  We're a member of INETA, and have been hosting meetings in the Philadelphia suburbs for over 6 years.  We also host meetings in southern NJ.  In addition to our regular meetings, we have run many very successful code camps and hands-on training events.
Code Camp:  This is a free event for Developers, DBA's and IT Professionals working with Microsoft .Net, Sharepoint, SQL Server and other related products.  We run 2-3 Code Camps per year, each averaging about 400 attendees.  We typicaly have 50 sessions total (80 minutes each) in 10 tracks on a variety of topics including .Net, ASP.Net, SQL, Office, Sharepoint, Infrastructure and more.  Code Camp is completely organized by volunteers and all of the presenters are volunteers.
Presenter:  Andy is an experienced presenter and has spoken on a variety of .Net Topics including ASP.Net, LINQ, SQL Server and more.   Previous speaking engagements include various user group meetings and code camps hosted by Philly.Net, NoDeNug, Harrisburgh, Lehigh Valley.
